You have to pay attention to the quality of the fabric.  This does not mean that you would look for something expensive.  You should be aware that there are cheap scrubs out there that are made of high‑quality fabrics.  Make sure that the fabric is durable and comfortable.  It should also not wrinkle easily even by the end of your shift or fade in color even over time.  Do not forget to get the measurements right.  The uniform has to fit perfectly so that you will look professional and you will be comfortable wearing it.
